Fonds Commun de Placement ( FCP)
Unincorporated collective investment scheme. FCPs issue units that give the investor a right of collective ownership but no voting rights, i.e. the investor is a unit-holder not a shareholder. The administrative, accounting and financial aspects of an FCP are handled by a single management company that is entitled to delegate its tasks. NYSE Euronext Glossary
